Layout dressed

Adding a skirt makes the layout look all finished. (Like a Victorian lady, one isn't allowed to see her legs.) As I've also added extra WiFi throttles to support extra operators, I can finally say that (apart from some additions to the backdrop), it's ready for it's first outing in Macclesfield on 20-21 April!
